Midwest Title & Escrow hires new office manager

HIGHLAND – Midwest Title & Escrow, Inc., has hired Kelly Coker as office manager. Coker will also oversee the daily operations of Carlyle Abstract Company. She assumed her new role on Sept. 21 at the Highland office.
Coker (left) brings 17 years of combined experience in the financial and title services industries and was most recently with Associated Bank. She is a resident of Highland.
In addition to her knowledge in both residential and commercial title services and escrow services, Coker brings experience in lending, commercial, consumer and residential, as well as marketing in at least 51 counties in Illinois. She has successfully built relationships with Realtors, bankers, auctioneers and Illinois state’s attorneys for more than 10 years.
Coker is an affiliate member with the Greater Gateway Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois.
Midwest Title & Escrow, Inc., formerly known as Certified Title & Escrow, has provided title services and insurance in Southern Illinois since 2008. It serves a 17-county area, the core of which is Clinton, Madison, Bond, Macoupin and Jersey counties.
