Growth Association to honor six River Bend operations

GODFREY — The RiverBend Growth Association will hold its Annual State of the River Bend luncheon on Thursday, Oct. 29, in the Commons of Lewis and Clark Community College from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Six RBGA members have been selected as the Captain of the River Bend award winners: Alton Regional Convention & Visitors Bureau, Argosy Casino Alton, Challenge Unlimited, Med Resources, Scheffel Boyle and St. Louis Regional Airport. The luncheon is a celebration of community involvement and economic enhancements. Attendees will hear about the enhancements from the six RBGA members, as well as hear updates on successes from River Bend communities.
A sponsorship opportunity is available at $600 and individual tickets are $45 each.
