Contegra Construction Co., Bramblett Hills Apartments, O’Fallon, Mo.

     New luxury apartments, 204 units in all, are now welcoming residents in O’Fallon, Mo. Final touches are underway on Bramblett Hills Apartments, a 17-building multi-family residential complex located one block east of Highway K off Mexico Road.
    Southern Illinois-based Contegra Construction Co. was chosen as the general contractor on this 220,000 square-foot project, which was developed by TriStar Properties and Propper Construction Services. Work was contracted to begin in April 2015 on the development and is wrapping up this month.
    Angela Ridgway, Contegra’s project manager, noted that the location had set dormant for many years, always intended for development into apartments.
    “Now the property has been developed and these apartments feature all the modern amenities such as granite countertops, in-unit washers and dryers, and the most modern and efficient offerings of today’s residential housing. The community grilling areas are a very unique added feature,” she said.
    Each apartment ranges between 770 and 1,330 square feet, with rent starting as low as $895. They offer one, two, or three bedrooms with additional bath options. Tenants can enjoy an on-site 24/7 fitness center and a business center as well as the two outdoor cooking lounges, a resort-style pool with poolside cabanas, a resident lounge with a fireplace, a Wi-Fi clubhouse and sundeck, a Wi-Fi docking station, a resident coffee bar and a dog park.
    Another aesthetic feature is a waterfall entry waterscape near the pool. Further offerings include a recycling center and package acceptance service along with the availability of carports and garages. The location also has several major retailers within a mile from it.
