Bank of Belleville hires two senior vice presidents

BELLEVILLE – Bank of Belleville has announced the hiring of Lisa Barton and Todd Neighbors for the positions of senior vice president.
“We are pleased to welcome Lisa and Todd to our staff at Bank of Belleville,” said President and CEO Kevin Pesko. “Their talent and level of experience serving local Metro East customers in banking make them both excellent additions to our team.”
With more than 26 years of experience in the banking industry, Barton (left) formerly served as vice president for a community bank in the Metro East area. Her duties at Bank of Belleville include oversight of retail operations, compliance, security, audit liaison, and bank secrecy and anti-money laundering.
Neighbors (right) brings 28 years of service in banking to Belleville as he assumes responsibilities for developing and managing commercial business accounts for Bank of Belleville. He previously served 10 years as the vice president in lending at a local area bank.
Bank of Belleville was formed in 2005 with approximately $8.5 million in capital and a mission to have a community bank with local ownership and enhanced customer focus.
