Officers, directors installed for Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois

BELLEVILLE – Doug Payne was installed as the 2015-2016 president of the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois at an installation event held at the Regency Conference Center in O’Fallon on Aug. 18.
A Realtor with Century 21 Advantage in Smithton, Payne (left) has been a member of the Realtor Association for 20 years. He is an active member serving on numerous committees and the board of the Realtor Association. He has also given his time and talent to the Illinois Association of Realtors, where he served as a leadership liaison and as a director. He also served as the federal political coordinator with the National Association of Realtors for four years.
Also joining the association’s board of directors are President-Elect Mike Gross (RE/MAX Preferred, O’Fallon); Secretary/Treasurer Angie Zahn (Strano & Associates Real Estate, New Baden); and Immediate Past-President Christopher Mitchell (Strano & Associates Real Estate, Belleville).
Joining the board are the following directors: Donna Baker (Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Properties, O’Fallon), Barbara Davidson (Coldwell Banker Brown Realtors, Belleville), Chris Dixon (Equity Fifty-Five, Breese), Brad Krueger (Century 21 Advantage, Columbia), Claire Leopold (Coldwell Banker Nester Realty, Swansea), Judy Ross (Century 21 Advantage, Smithton), Stan Sieron (Stan Sieron & Co., Belleville), Celeste Wheeler (Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Properties, O’Fallon), Kelly Wyatt-Bisciotti (Coldwell Banker Brown Realtors, Belleville), and Jason Chandler (Guaranteed Rate, Smithton), affiliate director.
The Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois is a voluntary trade association located in Belleville whose 900 members are engaged in all facets of the real estate industry. The Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois works to protect the rights of private property owners by recommending and promoting legislation that safeguards and advances the interest of real property ownership.
RASI primarily serves the Illinois Metro East market area, including St. Clair, Monroe, Randolph and Clinton Counties, except for the easternmost townships of Irishtown, Clement, Lake, East Fork, Meridian and Brookside.
