Over the last 20 years he has held various management and department head level positions within both state and federal government, as well as for a large public utility company. He has played key roles in some of the St. Louis region’s largest design and construction projects totaling nearly $4 billion, both in the public and private sector.
He holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering, a master of management, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states.
Etegra President and CEO Andrew Kishna said: “I am excited about the opportunities this acquisition will bring with the expanded capabilities and additional past performance in our continued pursuit to provide our clients services through each phase of construction.”
Said Drikow: “This acquisition is an excellent fit for our two firms. DEI’s past work history has been in the commercial, industrial and municipal markets. The expanded client base and engineering services offered by Etegra will now span all market segments.”
Etegra offers architecture, engineering, construction management and environmental services. Its clients are primarily in the public sector, composed of state, local and federal agencies such as GSA, VA, NGA and DoD.
