OLIVETTE, MO – Etegra, Inc., an architecture-engineering firm that specializes in public facilities, recently acquired Drikow Engineering & Inspection Company.
DEI is a full-service engineering consulting firm owned by Gary Drikow, P.E. The core business provides consulting engineering services from project conception to completion, under three three integrated groups — consulting engineering, project management and construction inspection.
Drikow becomes an executive vice president and partner. Over the last 20 years he has held various management and department head level positions within both state and federal government, as well as for a large public utility company. He has played key roles in some of the St. Louis region’s largest design and construction projects totaling nearly $4 billion, both in the public and private sector.
He holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering, a master of management, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states.
Etegra President and CEO Andrew Kishna said: “I am excited about the opportunities this acquisition will bring with the expanded capabilities and additional past performance in our continued pursuit to provide our clients services through each phase of construction.”
Said Drikow: “This acquisition is an excellent fit for our two firms. DEI’s past work history has been in the commercial, industrial and municipal markets. The expanded client base and engineering services offered by Etegra will now span all market segments.”
