Bank of Edwardsville adds three mortgage lenders to new St. Louis Center

EDWARDSVILLE – The Bank of Edwardsville has added three mortgage loan originators to the staff of its new St. Louis Center in south St. Louis County.

Joining the bank are: Mark S. Fellhauer, assistant vice president/Mortgage Lending, and Marc C. Patton and Krista L. Salvatore, mortgage loan originators. All three will be tasked with growing the company’s mortgage loan portfolio in the new market.

The Bank of Edwardsville’s St. Louis Center, located at 4700 S. Lindbergh Blvd. in St. Louis, opened July 3. The focus of the center will be on mortgage and commercial lending, as well as wealth management.

fellhauer markFellhauer (top left) brings more than 20 years of experience in banking and finance. Most recently, Fellhauer served as president of Arch City Capital, LLC, a boutique consulting firm, and as an adjunct professor of finance and economics at St. Charles Community College and Stephens College. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a bachelor of science degree in economics and of Webster University with a master’s in finance and doctorate in management strategy. Fellhauer is a member of Trout Unlimited-Gateway Chapter and is heavily involved in U.S. Rugby while serving as rugby coach at Washington University and as a rugby referee.

patton marcPatton (right) brings 15 years of experience in the financial services industry to TheBANK. He most recently served as president of Professional Mortgage Service, Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising and promotion from Missouri State University. Patton is a member of the Missouri Association of Mortgage Professionals; the Crestwood/Sunset Hills Chamber of Commerce; the Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce; the Lemay Chamber of Commerce; and the Afton Chamber of Commerce.

salvadore kristaSalvatore (bottom left) brings more than eight years of experience in the financial services industry. She recently served as a sales representative at Datotel, an information technology company in St. Louis. Prior to that, she spent more than eight years as an investment consultant at TD Ameritrade in Chesterfield, Mo., and as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley in Clearwater, Fla. Salvatore earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Fla. She is a member of the Crestwood-Sunset Hills Chamber of Commerce; the Western St. Charles Chamber of Commerce; the Lemay Chamber of Commerce; and is also an active member of Immaculate Conception Church of Dardenne while volunteering with Discovery Ridge Elementary PTO in Lake St. Louis.
