NAI DESCO fills new position of CEO, principal

ST LOUIS – NAI DESCO has announced the appointment of Thomas R. “Toby” Martin to the new position of CEO and principal of the company.
Martin (left) will join the company to provide executive leadership to the service offerings of NAI DESCO to enhance growth in transaction services, property and facilities management and corporate services.
Martin comes to NAI DESCO after 25 years of service in multiple aspects of the real estate service, development and ownership business. He has experience in managing local and institutional transactions and facilities from his experience as a founding member of DTZ Cushman (Former Colliers Turley Martin in North America) and Duke Realty Corp., as a member of both firms’ management committees.

Martin will also explore opportunities to assist DESCO Group, NAI DESCO’s sister company, with growth and expansion of its advisory and asset management business. DESCO Group is a leading manager of retail facilities and plans for growth in real estate investment management.
