Memorial auxiliary sets Annual Book Bazaar

BELLEVILLE – The 57th annual Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Book Bazaar will be held this year at St. Paul United Church of Christ, 115 W. B St., Belleville, from Wednesday, April 29, through Saturday, May 2.
The event comes after months of preparation by members of Memorial’s volunteer organization, who collect books from bins at local grocery stores, banks and other locations. The books are donated from members of the community, libraries and paperback dealers.
Books are divided into categories and include paperback and large hardcover books. This year there are new hours, new discounts, a special area for new, old and unusual books and a separate checkout for high volume purchases.

Wednesday, April 29
10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
$5 admission
Thursday, April 30
8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Free admission
Discounts throughout the day
Friday, May 1
8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Free admission and 50 permission off all books
Saturday, May 2
8 a.m. to noon
Free admission
$2 per bag at the door
