Memorial Hospital enters into neonatal partnership agreement

BELLEVILLE – Onsite Neonatology Partners is providing 24/7 onsite services to its Family Care Birthing Center after signing an agreement effective this month with Memorial Hospital.
“We are very excited about our partnership with Onsite Neonatal,” said Nancy Weston, RN, chief nursing officer and vice president of patient care services at Memorial. “Onsite Neonatal Partners has a great reputation for delivering outstanding clinical care and excellent customer service.”
Onsite Neonatal’s mission is to meet the needs of the body, mind and soul of every family member. Founded in 1996, Onsite Neonatal places neonatologists in hospitals 24 hours a day to improve quality of care and risk for premature or otherwise fragile full term infants.
“This model of care has proven to be better not only for infants, but for parents, obstetricians and hospitals,” said Kathleen McDonald, M.D., vice president of medical affairs for Onsite Neonatal Partners. “We look forward to working with Memorial Hospital to grow this service line.”
The Family Care Birthing Center at Memorial is an integral part of more than 1,400 births annually.
