Sandberg Phoenix adds attorney to staff

O’FALLON — Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. has welcomed a new attorney to the O’Fallon office.
Bentley Bender has been assigned to the Business Practice Group serving individuals and businesses.
After receiving his bachelor of arts in political science and psychology, he went on to graduate with his Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law.
He specializes in wealth and estate planning, and has earned considerable experience in taxation, Medicaid eligibility, elder law, powers of attorneys and trusts, including special needs, supplemental needs, marital trusts and spendthrift trusts.
He also has a strong background in commercial transactions, including asset purchase agreements, proofs of claim, collections, foreclosure, evictions and bankruptcy proceedings.
