Holland wraps work on O’Fallon public buildings

O’FALLON – Holland Construction Services, Inc. recently completed construction on the new O’Fallon Fire/EMS headquarters, as well as the Parks & Recreation maintenance facility.

Holland served as construction manager on the $5.8 million project. The 16,400 square-foot five-bay firehouse features workstations, sleeping quarters, a weight room, and a training/conference center. The 7,500 square-foot Parks maintenance building includes four apparatus bays and multi-purpose administration space.

Archimages served as the architect on the project.

Holland Construction Services is a full-service general contracting, construction management, and design/build firm based in Swansea. The company has been providing  construction services throughout Illinois and Missouri since 1986, when it was founded by Bruce Holland.

Holland offers preconstruction, construction and building information modeling services to commercial, healthcare, educational, multi-family, municipal, recreational, and light industrial clients. The firm is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and provides guidance in certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
