Greenwood named president of The Maschhoffs

CARLYLE — The Maschhoffs, LLC, the largest independent pork producer in the U.S. headquartered in Carlyle, has named Mark Greenwood as president.

Greenwood leaves his position as senior vice president of relationship management at AgStar Financial Services, ACA, based in Mankato, Minn.

The president role was created and filled on an interim basis when Maschhoff Family Foods created a multi-business-unit structure, following the acquisition of GNP Company in December of 2013.

Maschhoff Family Foods, headquartered in St. Louis, also named Greg Billhartz executive vice president, chief financial officer, and general counsel of its organization.

Prior to joining Maschhoff Family Foods in 2013, Billhartz served as corporate vice president, general counsel and secretary of Ralcorp Holdings, Inc.
