Two join St. Louis Convention Commission management

lammert hollyST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission has hired Holly Lammert as its executive meeting sales manager. Lammert will be responsible for producing sales leads for St. Louis with emphasis on 149 and under peak room nights.

Lammert (left) was previously the regional sales manager at Lodging Hospitality Management.

Lammert has a bachelor of science degree in hospitality administration/management from Missouri State University.

The St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission is the official destination marketing organization for St. Louis City and St. Louis County. The CVC also manages and operates the America’s Center convention complex and Edward Jones Domes.

 

Keith Levey joins commission staff as direction of Corporate/Tradeshows

ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission has hired Keith Levey as its director of Corporate/Tradeshows. He will assist the vice president of sales and director of sales in producing leads and bookings for St. Louis city and county hotels with emphasis on city-wide and America’s Center convention business.

Levey was the director of sales for the New Orleans Ernest M. Morial Convention Center. He has more than 30 years of experience in convention and hospitality industries.

Levey is a member of the International Association of Exhibitions, the Professional Convention Management Association, and Meeting Professionals International. In 1999, he received the MPI Gulf States Chapter Distinguished Supplier of the Year Award. Levey also served as vice president, treasurer and board member for the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Alliance and as a mentor for the New Orleans Student PCMA Chapter.

A graduate of Ohio University, Levey is a Certified Meeting Professional.
