Illinois Trade Office plans Colombian mission

The Illinois Office of Trade And Investment is conducting a trade mission to Colombia that includes participation in the 2014 International Fair Bogota, the largest industrial trade show and exhibition in the Andean, Central American and Caribbean regions.

If qualified, participating companies could receive financial support through the ISTEP program (http://www.siue.edu/business/itc/istep.shtml), which allows 50 percent to 75 percent reimbursement of travel costs for hotel and airfare.

The offer combines an important industrial trade show, along with matchmaking services and potential grant funding. Recruitment needs to be completed by Monday, Aug. 11, and registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information contact Kelsey Schrenk, (312) 814-8531.
