Gori Julian again expanding in Edwardsville

EDWARDSVILLE – The law firm of Gori Julian & Associates, Inc., P.C., today announced its third office expansion in Edwardsville.

With the purchase of 120 N. Main St., Gori Julian will occupy 30,000 square feet of office space within the city limits of Edwardsville.

Plans for the new office include a complete redesign and renovation of the façade of the building using brick and drivet. The interior of the building will also receive a renovation and the addition of state-of-the-art communications.

Gori Julian will occupy a portion of the 7,000-square-foot building. The existing tenant, Flanigan Law Firm, Ltd., will remain at the current location.

Previous storefront tenants were The Treasure Shack and My Treasure House.

“We have been careful to select a design for the façade of the building that will help complement the rest of the downtown area and add to its ever-improving streetscape design,” said Randy Gori, partner at Gori Julian & Associates, Inc. “Downtown Edwardsville continues to thrive and we are very happy to be a part of it all.”

Gori Julian formed in June of 2008 in Alton and expanded to its current headquarters at 156 N. Main St. across from the courthouse in the fall of 2009. In October 2012, the firm expanded again in Edwardsville to 101 W. Schwarz St. This third expansion exists to help accommodate Gori Julian’s growing staff and the need for more operational space. The firm now has 83 employees, of which 20 are attorneys.

In addition to the three offices in Edwardsville, Gori Julian also has office space in St. Peters, Mo.

Gori Julian & Associates represents victims of asbestos exposure from throughout the country. The firm has recovered more than $1 billion in compensation for those suffering as a result of asbestos exposure.

Although the attorneys at Gori Julian & Associates concentrate on asbestos-related injuries, The firm also handles cases in occupational disease and pharmaceutical litigation.
