Company changing name to Midwest Title & Escrow

Certified Title & Escrow, Inc. has undergone a complete rebranding, including a name change.

The company, with locations in Highland, Edwardsville, Brighton and Troy, will now be known as Midwest Title & Escrow, Inc.

The rebranding campaign includes a new logo, website, social media sites and outdoor signage. Midwest Title & Escrow said it is reaching out to clients and real estate agents to provide them with the company’s updated contact information.

Teresa Bochantin, office manager and co-owner of Midwest Title & Escrow, said the mission of the company remains the same.

“While the company has a new look and a new name, Midwest Title & Escrow will maintain the same expert staff and excellent customer service clients expect.”

“It was not an easy decision to rebrand the company,” said Todd Sivia, a co-owner of Midwest Title & Escrow. “We were under considerable pressure from the owner of a separate Certified Title company to revise our name. But we view this transition as an opportunity to reconnect with our loyal clients and communities.

The rebranding process will culminate on May 12 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Highland location. The open house celebration begins at 11:30 a.m. Staff will be on hand to greet visitors.

Midwest Title & Escrow covers a 14-county territory. The company handles both residential and commercial closings, purchase and refinance title insurance, constructions draws, 1031 exchange services, letter reports and escrow holdback services.
