SIUE to name winner of $10,000 entrepreneur challenge

EDWARDSVILLE – The Final Pitch Round of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s Metro East Startup Challenge will take place Monday, April 28, from 3 to 5 p.m.

The public event will take place in the Morris University Center Oak-Redbud Room and will recognize a  $10,000 cash prize winner, in addition to all of the Challenge participants, sponsors and judges.

To celebrate, the host Small Business Development Center will have cake and refreshments along with free parking and attendance prizes.

The event has been a several-week recognition of entrepreneurs who want to start their own business.
