  • Marilyn J. Traw Trust sold a 2,960-sq. ft. office building at Three 157 Center to  Brauer Properties LLC. CB Commercial Brown Realtors represented both parties.
  • Landlord Tenant Services leased 520 sq. ft. of office space at 6725 Goshen Rd. CB Commercial Brown Realtors represented the tenant.
  • Plowsharing Crafts leased 2,000 sq. ft. of retail space at 224 N Main St. CB Commercial Brown Realtors represented both parties.
  • Crowe Agency LLC leased 880 sq ft of office space at 123 Rottingham Ct. CB Commercial Brown Realtors represented the tenant.

  • Together We Learn leased 2,150 sq. ft. of space at 23 Kettle River Dr. CB Commercial Brown Realtors represented both parties.
  • Unique Personnel leased 1,000 sq. ft. of office space at 7 Junction Dr. CB Commercial Brown Realtors represented the tenant. Johnson Properties represented the landlord.
  • Synergy processing leased executive office space at 2220 S. State Rte. 157 from Meridian One Partners LLC. Kunkel Commercial Group Inc. represented both parties.

Highland

  • Sheers Salon Spa leased 4,113 sq. ft. at 2615 Plaza Dr. CB Commercial Brown Realtors represented both parties.
  • GDG Properties LLC purchased a 2,960-sq.-ft. building located at 100 Woodcrest Dr. from Dalton and Linda Box. Kunkel Commercial Group Inc. represented the seller.

O’Fallon

  • Hudson Capital Advisors /Lone Star Steakhouse sold 5,344 sq. ft. of retail space at 1310 Central Park Dr. to APC Inc. CBRE represented the sellers.
  • Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. leased 5,657 sq. ft. at 475 Regency Park from ISBI/BBA Green Mount One LLC. Kunkel Commercial Group Inc. represented the tenant.

Swansea

  • Midwest Title Loans leased 1,406 sq. ft. of space at 4540 N Illinois St. CB Commercial Brown Realtors represented both parties.

IMPACT lands second project in North Dakota town

   IMPACT Strategies of Fairview Heights has been awarded construction of a $1.8 million retail development in Minot, N.D. The project is the company’s second retail development project in Minot, a town experiencing an immense construction boom as a result of the flourishing oil drilling business in the state. Last October, IMPACT completed site preparations for developer U.S. Properties Group for a Kohl’s Department Store retail center there.
   The 8,240-square-foot Panera Centre development is an outlot building within the Kohl’s retail development site. The project started in June and is expected to be ready in October 2013 for the operations of Panera Bread.
