BELLEVILLE
• LLB Apple Tree LLC sold 24 apartment units at 3600-3614 W. “A” Street to Kirby Holding Group LLC. BARBERMurphy Group represented both parties.

CASEYVILLE
• Sean R. Turner purchased 24.9 acres on Bethel Mine Road from Southern Commercial Bank. NAI DESCO represented the seller.
• S & B Investments sold a 19.11-acre site at 1201 West Lincoln to Keller Properties, LLC. BARBERMurphy Group represented both parties.
• Industrial Engine & Generator of Illinois sold two industrial buildings totaling 8,250 square feet at 1934 N. 81st St. to Paul and Lisa Reiss.  BARBERMurphy Group represented both parties.

COLLINSVILLE
• The Bank of Edwardsville sold a 3,678-square-foot building at 410 St. Louis Road, to DIP Restaurants, LLC. BARBERMurphy Group represented both parties.

COLUMBIA
• McDannold Images Intl. Inc. sold 400 Columbia Centre to Columbia Centre Market Place, Inc.   BARBERMurphy Group represented both parties.

FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS
• Express Employment Professionals leased 900 square feet  at 314-E Fountains Plaza in Fairview Heights from Roth Family Partnership and TSJ-Sites, LLC. Kunkel Commercial Group Inc. represented the tenant.

GLEN CARBON
• Aspen Dental Management Inc. leased 3,100 square feet of retail space at 3024 S. State Route 159 from MO Real Estate & Insurance Agency. NAI DESCO represented the landlord.

O’FALLON
• Leidos Inc. leased 2,000 retail square feet  at 791 Wall St. from JH & HH Holdings, LLC. Kunkel Commercial Group Inc. represented the landlord.
• Michael Vazquez sold 1,286 square foot of retail space at 1910 West Highway 50, O’Fallon, to Troy Appel and Ellen Thielman.  BARBERMurphy Group represented the seller.

Two join exec team at Great Rivers Greenway

    ST. LOUIS — The Great Rivers Greenway District has added two members to its executive team.
    Greg Brumitt, of Edwardsville, is director of Conservation and Community Service, and Hilary Smith, of St. Jacob, has been promoted to director of finance.
    Smith was previously controller for the district.
    Brumitt will oversee  community service and public outreach efforts and will manage trail maintenance, volunteer coordination, special events and communications efforts. He was most recently director of Outdoor Connections at Five Rivers MetroParks in Dayton, Ohio.
