Leesa Zick, Broker, CB Commercial Brown Realtors, Edwardsville

   Leesa Zick has 12 years of real estate experience, nine of which have been spent at Coldwell Banker Brown Realtors. She recently joined the CB Commercial Brown Realtors team to provide real estate services for commercial properties in Madison and St. Clair counties. Her background also includes 25 years of commercial construction experience including project management to assist her clients. Zick is currently a manager and instructor for the Gateway Academy of Real Estate.
   Having worked in the metro area for 35 years, Zick has gotten to know many people in numerous communities across the region. Developing a broad network of people, she says, enables her to make connections and find the right solutions for clients.
   CB Commercial Brown Realtors allows Zick to go beyond her local network of contacts to access a global database of real estate opportunities, depending upon what her clients are looking for.    Zick specializes in office, retail and land acquisition across the Metro East. The company has been very active in leasing recently, she says; Zick is hopeful that land sales and developments will begin to gain momentum.
   The broker recently listed a 7,647-square-foot, three-story office building in the heart of downtown Belleville at 219 S. Illinois. Properties for sale in Edwardsville include a 1,600-square-foot retail location on E. Vandalia; an 8,000-square-foot, four-unit office/retail condominium; and a one-story, 1,321-square-foot office building. Each listing is ideal for a retail store, insurance office or law office, says Zick.
