Gateway Commerce Center exceeds growth forecast

  This year has been an incredibly successful one for TRiSTAR Business Communities.
  TRiSTAR and the Gateway Commerce Center were party to the largest single real estate transaction in metropolitan St. Louis for the third year in a row.    A literal giant in the realm of distribution and warehouse properties, Gateway Commerce Center attracted several more national tenants during 2002.
